This book has interesting techniques that would boost the score, I would advise whoever wishes to read this book to pay a lot of attention to it. It is great to know that it isn't all theory and scientific stuff in here. I mean its nice and all, having scientific facts about memory that are explained in the book. What I really love about this book is that it also contain interesting advice on how to study and things to do to help you improve your memory. I am glad I got to read this book. It has been so long since I read a book like this. Right now I feel kinda powerful with the knowledge I have. It is a very good book and it is for all ages too.

I have just finished reading it and am really eager to start incorporating these techniques in my life! I've read many books and articles on how to improve memory but none ad clear and concise as this one. It takes some of the best tried and true memory systems and explains them in such a way that really makes them memorable. This book is easily worth the purchase price and would be one of those books I would buy a hard copy of to just have accessible on a shelf. Great book!
This easy read provides tangible brain training games that you can test almost immediately. I noticed my memory was improving and my overall mental stamina improved. I could last longer during the day without getting tired, and retained more information. The book offers a wide range of suggestions that can all be used or tried individually. So it is easy to pick and choose the ideas that interest you as a reader. I found this book extremely helpful and I know you will too! Good read.
This is not any overly long book, like a deeply written book. That's in a way a good thing, because you get straight to the point. All the guidelines are easily practicable, like the proper meals. That is of crucial for you anyway, i.e. eating a balanced healthy diet. Some other ideas I instantly liked, like stimulating your brain with exercises, and activities like learning to use the non-dominant hand, doing new things, breaking monotony... I could really use this advice, coz I am a fairly monotonous person...

The author has put together a great deal of valuable information in this book along with practical ways on how to improve concentration. Overall, a very good book about ways to improve your brain power that is easy to understand and put in a way most people can do and would find it beneficial for their health as well. I definitely will read this book from time to time to always remind me how to enhance my brain power.
Concentration, focus, memory, learning are one of the most useful brain skills you would need in your everyday life, so I think it’s very important to work on that part. And I am pretty impressed with this book, it explains in an easy way how to improve your memory with simple exercises that you can do anywhere and anytime. I'm having fun working out the challenges in the book! I learned here a lot of techniques regarding the previous mentioned of the improved power of the brain. This book has a very informative content that I will surely use every now and then. I really like this book.
It feels really good to know that a lot more can be done to improve myself in the way I read and retain things. I trust that all of the information in this book is genuine because, just as it contain new tips that can be applied to help improve one's memory, it also contain familiar ones which I know work well. It's really helpful that will lead us to improve more our brain memory . We need to apply it and follow all the guides that surely effective. We should to maintain our active brain to use it in proper way. So that our lives will completely successful and all aspects will always be there.
